Chia Pudding

  • 2 Cups nut milk of choice--I love vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 Cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Maple syrup
  • Dash of Cinnamon

Mix all ingredients in a mason jar or tupperware, shake well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to thicken. Enjoy!
